To Whom it my concern, Let me start of saying we do have a rep that should be taking care of us (but is not), our rep name is Kurt 206-423-0358. My husband has been talking to Kurt telling him his phone does not work. Kurt will say try this or take it to the shop and have them fix it. Thats is great and everthing but when your business is done by a cell phone, what are you suppose to do.
