I went to a web site and requested a free credit report on Sept 7th. I just received my Discover bill on which i discovered two charges, one for $1 and one for $29.95. I have no problem paying the $1 charge but I see no reason to be charged $29.95 for a free report. Why was I charged both charges? Dorothy Willson read full review »
