i saw an ad on tv with special offer, no shipping charge if you order today. i ordered. said the magic jack cost, $19.95. no shipping, and $19.95 a year for service, and if you pay like $50, you get 5 years. i got the magic jack. but no 30 day free trial . they charged my account right away, then charged another $50 next month. i never gave permission for that. so i called a number and could not ever get humans. only recording. so online i tried and to this day all they say is, you are wrong, listen better next time, nothing but abuse... read full review »
