Web site does not allow you to review your order before it is placed. Excessive shipping fees. Phone call to correct mistake not resolved. They claimed they shipped the part of the order I did not want 20 hours after I placed the order although it took 4 weeks to shipped the first order. They could cancel the part of the order I did want which was cheaper than the order I did not want. The Web Site order form needs a lot of improvements to insure that people know what they are ordering before they hit the final place order button. read full review »
