I bought an iPod and on 27 July and when trying to register the iPod I registered with the wrong website. I noticed that there was a 7 day money back guarantee, so immediately sent an email explaining what had happened with a request for a full refund. I got no answer and no refund. I sent a further email, still no response. Registering cost me $63.81 and shows up on my statement as being paid to you. As I requested a refund almost immediately, I would now like this refund.
