Ordered free trial, never received it. Charged 2 wks later for another shipment - Good luck getting your money back! You get your cancellation ref. number & still nothing 2 wks later. I have been told that you can not "speak" directly with the billing dept., but the company is glad to give you different billing contact e-mail addresses the more you call! read full review »
