magic jack support can't tell me why no one can call my magic jack number from a land line or a cell phone and get through. Magic Jack live support can't make a phone call to test your phone either. "we don't have test calls at this time" was their reply. sigh... offshore support, Costa Rica I think... I hope someone discovers the switching problem soon and gets it fixed.
