I too Purchased this software and it does not work as well. I also Tried to contact PC Doctor 'support' and received an undeliverable confirmation stating that no such email address exists. Then i tried to contact SWReg AND Digital River - went to BOTH customer support websites and was caught in an endless loop of questioning and forms that lead absolutely nowhere just as the other poor person did.
