I did sign up with Realty Trac for the discounted 7 day trial and cancelled in the same day via their instructions because the information that was given was the same that I found on my own. After the 7 days, I was charged the full price. I called and spoke to a customer service representative, who insured me that I would no longer have an account with Realty Trac which was almost a month ago.
