SENSIBLE HOME WARRANTY IS A SCAM!! I have never been taken like this in my life. I am so mad about denied claims, then I go on line and see numerous complaint boards about them…all the same complaints. Do something and contact the authorities. Sensible is located in NY. New York Attorney General Cuomo has already sued one home warranty company in April 2009..for the exact same things going on with Sensible.
