I used Sensible Home Warranty also, But I contacted my bank about this situation and was refunded my money for “Services not Render”. So contact your Banks ASAP for refunds. I signed up with them back in July 2009. Just called my bank today 09/10/09 I will be getting a full refund. I did speak with a lawyer but they can’t find this company to suit. So just spread the word in your city or state. read full review »
