DO NOT USE SENSIBLE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!! I had put in my first claim for a water softener and was denied due to not have records on it. I bought the house 1.5 yrs ago don’t know previous owners did not leave any papers on anything. I told them the unit was working fine till now. They put me on hold 4x for over and hr at a time. Spoken to a so called supervisor 2x and was told with out maintenance papers I will have to pay out of pocket. Why did I pay extra then for this?
