BUYER BEWARE! This company should not be in business. After 4 phone calls, a tech finally came out to repair our dryer. After the tech left (without repairing our dryer), Sensible refused to authorize the repair because we don’t have maintanance records. Who pays someone to come out and look at appliances that work fine? We have had home warranties from other companies in the past and never had these problems.
