I used this company to provide a home warranty when selling my home. A year later they billed me again! When trying to resolve the issue I called multiple times a day for over a week and was regularly put on hold for over 15 minutes, occasionally hung up on while on hold and the billing department was in a meeting for a week! I left so many messages to which I never got a return call I felt like a stalker. To this day this issue is under review by my bank who will most likely resolve the issue before I ever speak with the appropriate person at Sensible. read full review »
