They called and I missed it. So, I called back. The woman ATTACKED me verbally after verifying who I was, about my Verizon bill. I had disputed it in June with ER Solutions. When she asked how I was going to pay it, I explained I was unemployed at the moment and my mortgage came first. Guess what? She told me obviously I was irresponsible and lazy and should have paid the bill when I was employed.
