I purchased an electric range in April, 2009. It wasn't installed until June, 2009. I am experiencing problems with it. Please note that I purchased an extended policy with Sears (1-800-469-4663). A serviceman arrived, but didn't have the proper part. A new appointment was made for Wednesday, September 23 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
