Recently I noticed that Dunkin Donuts are either creating unpublished prices or just plainly over charging customers. The first time I realized it was when I ordered a small black coffee with whip cream instead of cream, while at the Dunkin Donuts by Cederbrook mall on 309 in Philadelphia. They charged me .75 cents for whip cream. They never give you a receipt because they are either creating a price or adding additional charges not posted.
