I purchased a skin culture USA peel on the 18th May 2009. It is now 23rd October and I have received neither the product nor a refund. I was initially told AFTER I'd placed the order that they were having problems with their supplier. After waiting 7 weeks and several emails later I requested a refund and was told this would take another 60 days to process. This should have been 1st August09.
