I have continuing to receive deductions from my bank account for 44.90 for an item that I have NEVER received nor ordered. It has been taken out now for 3 months. I have tried to call them & get the same message-hold for the next available representative and that wait time is 22 minutes. I am currently waiting & waiting. I also have emailed them. No response.
