Received in Mail Sept. 22nd, 2009 a sweepstakes entry with check envelope to be delivered on Sept. 8th, 2009. Is this why no one wins because their entry wasn't received in time?!! This is not the first time this has happened. Why is there no phone number to contact PCH? read full review »
