I wish I had seen all of these complaints sooner! I ordered the free trial of their product and began using it only to find my adult acne flared up horribly within a few days. I requested a return address label and just discovered my account was charged another $6.95 for the return label. I have spent over an hour on the phone with a representative who was unable to find my account...funny how they can charge my card for stuff, but can't find my account to answer my questions! Don't be a sucker like me!! Stay clear of this company! read full review »
