I bought an expensive tennis braclet (with diamonds) for my wife a couple of years ago from Nobel House. It broke and stones fell out of it within 6 months. My wife went to the store to see what they would do to fix the bracelet or get a refund/exchange. They stated they couldn't/wouldn't take it back because they do not warrent their products.
