I was hit in a parking lot and applied to 21C my insurance carrier. What followed was a barrage of letters protecting 21Century. The first wss a removal of 21F from their obligations. I was then accused of driving an uninsured car and then that an uninsured person was the driver, then that I drove as to endanger backing on the highway ignoring that different rules apply on private property ignoring that you cannot leave a parking lot without backing!
