Called in August to schedule maintenance on my Sears tractor. My appointment on 9/14/09 was cancelled on 2:30pm. the day of the appointment. The second time I rescheduled was Sat 9/19/2009, with a no cancellation clause in the apppoitment, it was cancelled on friday evening. Reschedule for Tuesday 9/22/09, again, with a no cancellation notice and this was cancelled on the 21st.
