I purchased a $400 card for my daughters trip to Europe. They activated the card and then wanted Drivers license (she is too young), ssn (not required until she is 18) and a utility bill with her name and address. The card did not work and they have promised me refunds twice. Now they say they changed policy and she has to spend the money on the card.
