Comcast installed a Router/Modem unit in my home. The Tech was not able to get it to work on all our computers but most of them. I went with out internet on my desk top for about 8 months. Finally I had a tech from a independent company come out and he was able to get it to work on my desk top. This tech had to come out 4 or 5 times more in the past year because we kept loosing our connections.
