Worst Service I have ever experienced. Made service appointment for repair of a dying side by side refrigerator. Service technician did not show up during the four hour appointment time block. I contacted the service rep and technician dispatch 4 times without a response or without getting the same story twice. I even was told by one rep that the technician had tried to call my home and cell phone twice without a response. Both of which were with me and had not been called.
