I took out a contract last year with Virgin Mobile for R149.00 a month. Especially changed from Autopage as their service was terrible. Now out of the blue for the last three months I have been charged R159 a month. I called the billing department yesterday only to be told it was for itemized billing. I told them that I have never called them since I signed my contact. They have stopped sending me statements so why would I allow itemized billing.
