Best Buy ceek squad sold me computer, pinnicle software and set it up assuring all would work for the the projects I wanted to accomplish IT HAD NEVER WORKED PROPERLY!!! I have gotten ONE movie from this software even after buying upgrade program I had to pay Internal Technical support to get the video off of my computer. then as I was making my video I t paid 39.00 for additional transistions which can not be used can not figure out were they are but sure eneogh I have a charge on my card for something that does not work!!!
