I would like to submit a complaint about the technician that Kitchenaid has contracted to service our area. I put a call into the technician 6 weeks ago, he came out to look at our dishwasher and informed me that I needed a new control board. As we were going to be out of the country for three weeks, he said he would order the part and install it when we got back. We have now been back for 2 1/2 weeks.
