I have four phones on an AT&T cellular service. I noticed on my current bill (September 2009) I noticed that one of the phones had a bill of $19.99 charge fro Flycell Downloads. After looking over this site and others, i called AT&T directly. I was very lucky to be conncected to a great customer service person who listened to my problem. Checked all my phones. Credited back the $19.99 charge and then helped me put a block on all downlaods making it necessary to supply a pin that only I have access to, so it prevents any future problem... read full review »
