i have complained regarding my LG refrigerator 10 days back. i bought it on 28 /08/2009. within a week after installation, it became faulty. after repeated complaints, nobody bothered to turn up and solve the problem. if this the service you are providing, i have to think twice before buying any LG product hereafter. model no.
