I ordered a washing machine part on 9/19/09. When I had not received a shipping confirmation I called back on 9/22 and was told that the part was being shipped that day. Still no shipping confirmation. Called back on 9/24 and was told that the part would be shipping that day due to an inventory error. When I asked that the part be shipped overnight I was told no, because it would cost more than the part.
