I am not a complainer by nature, but this time I feel like I got ripped . . . . . in 2006 we had an air conditioning service and paid about $1000. - $1200. for an extended service agreement for 5 years that would save us a tremendous amount of money. It would include an annual check up of the heater and A/C units and if anything needed to be done I would receive a 20% discount on parts and services.
