After several calls/e-mails with Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we feel that we are getting nowhere with them. They will not admit fault of ensuring the air was TURNED ON during our August 6th ceremony; and are not willing to correct the resulting appearance of the portraits due to that oversight.
