My company received a phone call from Mr. David Prandi from Friendly Tickets, asking us to help him resolve a fraud issue with an electronic concert ticket. We are also a ticket broker company registered with the same network as they are. The fraud complaint he had was that someone he bought a set of tickets from, he believed had been altered electronically, and needed our help to verify this.
