I bought a new paper filter which they had to order. I was supposed to be here in a week but it took over two weeks. At the same time I bought three circular sun rings for my pool. I opened one and found it to be difficult to blow up. I think it had been in a warehouse too long and the plastic had adhered itself together. I decided to return the other two. I waited until my paper filter arrived to return the two sun rings. To my surprise they would not take them back since it had been more than 14 days.
