i was in need of a hair cut on a fri afternoon 9-11-09 . i called ahead at 6 pm they stated they closed at 8 pm. i arrived at 7pm.i was anxious because i was to start a new job the very next day on the 12 th. when i came in there were 4 stylist in the salon. one promptly called out WERE CLOSED!, befrore i could even get a word out. i was going to pay 20.00 price of cut and the rest a tip. i had tried to trim my hair myself with a wall trimmer and had wacked it up, i was really dissapointed to say the least.i almost lost it and cussed... read full review »
