I ordered DVD's online from TimeLife.com after I saw a commercial. I called to check on my order since I did not receive any shipping information. The rep verified my order and shipping address. After waiting 2 weeks the order still did not arrive. I called again and was told to wait. I waited & called again. The rep said the shipping address was incomplete but assured me it was sent to the incomplete address and I should receive it.
