Wells Fargo bought our mortgage in 2004 and we have been in HELL ever since. They refuse to send us a monthly statement to make mortgage payments. They refuse to send us our 1098 to do our taxes. I have written over 30 complaint letters to customer service without any written reply. They do a computer call and they say they responded to our complaints.
