I bought a neckline slimmer some time ago. It comes with 3 resistance spings. I use the advanced one which became quite loose and stopped providing a proper level of resistance. I attempted to order this axillary part alone but was told by a customer service representative that it can be ordered only with a whole machine. So I ended up ordering the whole machine for almost 40$ instead of ordering a 1 small part at a lot lower price. read full review »
