I purchased a Santafe in 1993, my home was fully paid for by 02/2005. To this day I have NOT been given my lien release and since IKE *** near demolished my home completely my ins. believes they dont have to pay ME but instead they have to pay Vanderbilt Mortgage instead!! Of course they get a check and say.. "oh look its pennies from heaven and we dont have to worry about its rightful owners" So now I am without repairs or money to do them due to all of this.. how wonderful!
