First let me say I was not ripped off. I ordered a phone, but they canceled my order and did not provide a reason (Probably out of stock). When I tried to find out why my order was canceled, I could not reach anyone by phone and nobody responded to my email inquiries. I tried for over a week. In all fairness, it was between 12/26 & 1/4. However, there are 4 business days between those dates. So, you think someone could have gotten back to me. It's just that there are so many other web sites where you can order a cordless phone. I just wanted everyone to know that this particular one will not be very responsive to you. read full review »
