We purchased a Microsoft XBox 360 in June 2008 for our son. This past weekend it stopped working and started flashing 3 red lights. The store we purchased it from informed us that the warranty on that particular probelm had been extended from one year to three years. I called Microsoft today to find out how to get the system replaced and was told they will only repair the system.
