I decided to use the UPS store in Winter Springs instead of a post office box. That was a mistake. A UPS store doesn't forward mail once you cancel, unlike the post office. But what made me angry is that the guy who owns the place was rude once we said we were not renewing the contract a second time. He didn't thank us for the business we gave him, just scolded us for not continuing. Unbelievable. There's a nearby storage unit that sells boxes for 5 bucks...this guy charged 90 bucks minimum for 3 months with 30 bucks month to month after. read full review »
