My husband and I have a loan for our 2003 auto through TRIAD Financial, back in November of 08 I contacted their company to see about a deferrment for December. I have all the information from the CSR I spoke to allowing me to do so and she e-mailed a deferment form that was to be signed by my husband and I then faxed back. This was done but I never received a letter stating that it had been received or a letter stating that it was my copy of the agreement like my husbands Citifinancial did when he did the same on his car.
