We bought a $1, 000.00 Desktop computer last year from Dell. When we got it...It didn't work and everything we ordered was not included. We call Dell to return it. They Paid no attention to our complaints but continued to say " How can we help you" After weeks of trying to get Dell to take the computer back They said " its been over 30 days now and you can't return it.
