I sold three items on Ebay in November. I had not sold on ebay for a while. After listing the items they were sold then i received emails from paypal indicating that following ebay/paypal's new policy, they would be holding my payment for 21 days or until I sjipp the items. Firts of all, this was news to me, second..as a private seller I usually use the shipping cost which is included in the payment to ship items.
