I did not authorize a subscription renewal. Your policy of having an automatic renewal is a scam. I've been unemployed since the end of April 2009, with nothing coming in not even unemployment. I have less than a seventy dollars in my checking account and I need every bit of it for FOOD. Not for a subscription that I seldom use. Please refund the entire $39.00 or receive the wrath of my bad publicity to all my fellow classmates, friends and family members. read full review »
