When I was a manager at AutoZone, we were encouraged to get our employees to upsell. But at what cost? Employees that didn't upsell were targeted with less hours and other disciplinary types of actions. AutoZone is mainly interested in making money, at whatever cost. While I was there, many laws and ethics were broken. This is the way this company seems to do its business.
